What´s going on?

How to hook you in a few words to sign up for our first YE of the year? No clue... We just know how to take advantage of the natural resources of one of the most biodiverse areas in the country, showing you places you'll never find on your own and introducing you to different ways of self-exploration with local experts from the region.

The main character of the experience is you and all you need is motivation to face the physical and mental challenges that we have prepared to promote well-being and a healthy lifestyle. Have you ever surf, tried martial arts or meditate before breakfast?

We love to offer possibilities, facilitate environments and enjoy how it flows, it's up to you to commit!

Objectives

Experiential activities based on habit building, expressing gratitude & co-creation

Learning through exploration why sports, nature & wellbeing are beneficial

Fostering cultural exchange by bringing 35 youths from 5 different countries

Participants

5 countries, 7 participants per each (citizen or residence)

Ages between 20-30 years old

English will be the working language
